Returns Policy
We understand there may be circumstances where you may need to return an item to us. Our returns policy is set out below. We will always process returns in accordance with this policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If the request is accepted, you have another 14 days to return the item to us.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Silver Screen Originals, 19 Steep Riding, Brockholes, Holmfirth, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom, HD9 7BH.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition that you received it. The item must be returned securely in its original packaging and FULLY INSURED.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that if your country of residence is not the United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and checked your return. If we are satisfied it is in the same condition as it was sent, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method (less shipping costs). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and correct it.
