Vintage movie posters are posters that were issued by a film studio to display exclusively at a cinema. Posters were created to promote a movie so very few were kept in pristine condition and most were likely destroyed or pulped. That is why good quality vintage movie posters are highly sought after and can fetch very high prices depending on their rarity.
